Do you have a free plan? Not at the moment. As creators ourselves, we’ve decided to build Creator Metrics in a sustainable way without any investor money.

We want to have the freedom to work in the interest of our customers (you!) and not to return a capital multiplier.

Because of this, and because processing all data from Patreon is resource-intensive, we cannot offer a free plan. Do you have a trial period? Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial. You can cancel at any time before it ends and won’t be charged. We’ll send a reminder email a few days beforehand. Which payment methods do you accept? We accept payments from major credit cards and PayPal.

Your credit card data is not transmitted through nor stored on our systems.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which acts as Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle also handles all order-related inquiries and billing issues. I’d like to know something else We’re always here to help and answer any questions you may have!
